From the supplier: AT and T Secure Communications System has developed SecretAgent, a software program designed to protect electronic mail systems (e-mail). The program is a Windows-based product that uses public-key encryption technology, having two different but related keys. The private key is known by the individual who owns it while the public key is widely known by those on the system. Naval engineering firm Techmatics Inc. finds the program useful because it is user-friendly and RSA compatible.
