3A View From 20000 feetNov 10, 2000
By Hugh K. Boyd
This book provides a very high level view of the topics covered. I'd rate it as OK for someone wanting to get an overview of workflows, groupware, or intranets. However, if you are looking for an in-depth analysis of these types of systems, it misses the mark. It's an easy read if you are just looking for a high level introductory text, though.

4Good for introductionMay 16, 2000
By Fred Chen
The book is a good text book for students in the field of Information Technology. It compehensively covers the concept but is lack of the examples of real implementation.

It is also quite useful for those who are seeking for introduction of business process automation.
