I am disapointed in the cost of the text and not getting a copy of the software and just sim card. If my school purchased the software 2 years ago, why am I still paying for it?

I bought this book for my wife. She started her class last night and everyone in the class had a blank flash drive that accompanies this book. I'm so glad I spend money out of my own pocket for these text books and have them virtually useless. We do not qualify for any grants or government assistance. I pay for everything. Luckily the teacher had the same issue last semester and was able to load the needed files on the flash drive. It wasn't amazon or the college book store at fault. It was poor quality control at Delmar.

Everything about this book and transaction went perfect. It arrived early, was far cheaper then the campus bookstore (even for used) and was in the like new condition that it was described as being in.
