The Bhasin text (2003) is not just dated but contains errors. "An example of an assembly language is Cobol" (p. 40).
There are significantly better and more current texts out there today on this subject.
"When sending documents via e-mail, you should ensure that any attchment being sent is saved in Rich Text Format (RTF)" (p. 52). Uh, huh. That's not going to happen in 2010.
